Privacy Policy
Bennkai Build is operated by The Bennkai Group ("Bennkai", "we", "us"). Questions: benjamin@bennkai.com.
Private by default
Your product projects and files are private by default. Bennkai staff cannot view a project unless you invite them to that specific project, and you can revoke that access. Applying for Bennkai Group services does not give us access to your projects.
What we collect
Account: name, email, business name, product interests and sign-in details.
Your work: photos, product details, specs, generated visuals, Kira conversations, messages and requests.
Billing: plan, order and subscription records. Card details are entered directly with Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Usage: basic activity such as sign-in time, feature use and plan limits, plus standard device and log data, to run, secure and improve the Service.
How we use it
To provide the Service and your requested AI outputs, enforce plan limits, process payments, respond to support, keep the Service secure, and send account and billing emails. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private projects for advertising or show them to other users.
Who processes it
Trusted providers that help us run the Service: cloud hosting and database, AI model providers (to generate replies and visuals from content you submit), Stripe for payments, and Printful only if you connect print-on-demand. They may process data only on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect users and the Service.
Supplier requests and claims
When you explicitly send an RFQ to a named supplier, we share only that request and the contact details you choose to include with that supplier. We do not share the underlying private project, photos, other suppliers' quotes or full space. Supplier accounts contain company claims, reviewed product listings and response history; authorized company members can see their company's requests. Bennkai reviews ownership claims before access is granted. We use the public factory contact details found on company websites or provided by the supplier to deliver requests and invitations. Replies are shown to the requesting founder.
Public pages
Nothing is public unless you choose to publish a product page. You can unpublish at any time.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete a product it is removed from your account. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your projects and personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons (such as invoices).
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile in your account, delete products, and ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing benjamin@bennkai.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights; we honor them. Data may be processed in the United States.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by account, and payments run through Stripe. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of a breach affecting your data as required by law.
Children
The Service is not for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post updates here and notify you of material changes.
