Billing & Refunds

Free: one product, a visual reveal and one edit. Starter $30/month, Founder $50/month, Builder $80/month, in US dollars plus any applicable tax. Checkout always shows the exact amount before you pay.

Supplier Starter is $30/month with up to 3 listings, Supplier Growth is $50/month with up to 15 listings, and Supplier Partner is $80/month with up to 50 listings and 3 company members. Listings require review before public display. Suppliers can claim a company, correct basic contact details and answer their first real request for free. New requests require an active membership; delivered requests, replies and company information remain after membership ends. Supplier membership does not guarantee leads, rankings, verification or orders. Bennkai takes no percentage of transactions between buyers and suppliers.

Memberships renew automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel. Stripe processes all payments and emails your receipts.

Founders can use You → Manage billing; supplier company owners can use Supplier workspace → Manage billing to update a card, download invoices or cancel. When you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period, then paid tools end. Existing projects, supplier requests and replies stay saved.

If you're not happy with your first paid month, email benjamin@bennkai.com within 7 days of that first charge for a full refund. After that, payments are non-refundable and we don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires or if we charged you in error.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry. If it still can't be collected, paid features pause and your account moves to Free until payment is updated.

Design, branding, sourcing, production and 3PL services are quoted and billed separately under their own agreement.

Product purchases on product pages are not currently enabled. Shipping and returns terms will be published before they are.
